Prerequisites

  • User must have administrative rights to the device (if other than default).

Solution

  1. Login to the device administration interface.  Default IP, username and password can be found here.
  2. In the menu bar, select Security.
  3. Under the menu bar, select Firewall.
  4. Click on the Advanced tab.
  5. Uncheck Enable SIP ALG.
  6. Click Apply.
